Sadly I was so focused on the rules of thirds assignment that I didn't take a picture of the subject centered. I know that when I was looking at the subject centered that my eyes were wandering all over the wall, picking out different elements while not really focusing on the subject.
Not only is this an excellent example of how to use the rule of thirds but you have also shown us an excellent example of good color saturation and framing. It would really have been good to see the street on, centered shots in order to compare the two. Excellent work!
